At Ros Express, we process orders quickly to ensure fast nationwide delivery. Please review our cancellation terms below before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation by the Customer
  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our helpline immediately at +8801849832178 to request a cancellation.
  • After Dispatch / On Delivery: Once an order is dispatched and with the courier, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. If you refuse to accept the delivery upon arrival, you will be required to pay the standard 120 BDT courier charge directly to the delivery agent.
2. Order Cancellation by Ros Express

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion under the following circumstances:

  • The requested product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed due to a technical error.
  • Incomplete or unverifiable delivery address/contact information.
  • Fraudulent activity or fake orders detected.

If an order is canceled by us after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.
